Commercial & Hospitality (B2B) Return, Warranty & Care Policy

This policy applies to all furniture supplied by Scrolt Enterprise for commercial, hospitality, and institutional use, including but not limited to cafés, restaurants, hotels, resorts, offices, and retail spaces.

Nature of Solid Wood Products (Industry Disclaimer)

Solid wood is a natural material, and variations are inherent and unavoidable. The following characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, replacement, or refund:

  1. Grain, Colour & Shading Variations: Differences in tone, grain pattern, texture, or shading between products—or within the same product—are natural characteristics of solid wood.
  2. Knots & Natural Markings: Knots, mineral streaks, and surface irregularities are natural timber features and enhance material authenticity.
  3. Medullary Rays & Growth Marks: Visible flecks or grain patterns caused by cross-grain cuts are inherent to hardwood species.
  4. Seasonal Expansion & Contraction: Movement caused by changes in humidity and temperature may result in drawers or panels tightening or loosening. This is normal and expected.
  5. Internal Finish Standards: Internal or non-visible areas are finished to functional and safety standards. Variations in polish or texture compared to external surfaces are acceptable.
  6. Minor Levelling Variations: For floor-standing products, leg variations up to 5 mm are acceptable and may be adjusted using levelling bushes. Variations beyond this may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
  7. Surface Dust or Reduced Shine: Minor dullness or surface dust is acceptable and can be resolved through standard cleaning or polishing procedures.

Commercial Warranty Policy

All furniture supplied for commercial or hospitality use is covered by a limited warranty of one (1) year from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in writing.

component on-site, or – Replace the defective part or product, or – Offer an alternative resolution deemed appropriate.
The determination between repair and replacement shall rest solely with Scrolt Enterprise

Returns, Replacements & Refunds (B2B)

  1. All products are made-to-order or supplied against confirmed commercial specifications. Returns or refunds are not accepted once an order is confirmed, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.

Commercial Care & Maintenance Responsibilities

  1. Clients are responsible for correct installation and protection of flooring and surrounding surfaces.
