All deliveries executed by Scrolt Enterprise for commercial, hospitality, institutional, or project-based orders are subject to separate shipping and logistics charges, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Shipping Charges: Freight, handling, and logistics costs are not included in the product price and will be charged additionally based on delivery location, shipment size, weight, mode of transport, and site conditions.
Quotation-Based Billing: Shipping charges will be communicated at the quotation or order confirmation stage. Any additional costs arising due to changes in delivery address, access limitations, floor lifts, special handling, or rescheduling shall be borne by the client.
Third-Party Logistics: Deliveries may be executed through third-party logistics partners. Scrolt Enterprise shall not be responsible for delays caused by transporters, force majeure events, strikes, weather conditions, or regulatory restrictions.
Unloading & Site Access: Unless specifically agreed in writing, unloading, placement, floor handling, stair carry, hoisting, or installation at site are not included in shipping charges. The client must ensure clear access, adequate manpower, and safe unloading conditions at the delivery location.
Delivery Timelines: Dispatch and delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on production schedules and logistics availability. Delays in transit shall not constitute grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.
Risk & Responsibility: Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon delivery at the site or handover to the authorised recipient. Any visible transit damage must be recorded with the delivery personnel and reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
Reattempted Deliveries: Failed or rescheduled delivery attempts due to site unavailability, incorrect address, or client-side delays may attract additional charges.
By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees that shipping and logistics costs are chargeable separately and are the responsibility of the client.
